Whether you are interested in adding an outdoor grow section to an existing farmstead or a larger indoor grow operation, we can help. We have assisted with all shapes and sizes of mushroom farming, whether you want to do a few Lion’s Mane logs for fun, a larger Shiitake log operation, some straw or sawdust-grown Oysters to add to your booth at a farmer’s market, or an indoor operation capable of multiple species.
We believe in methods that utilize the minimum amount of energy and resources possible. Our methods have been tested and proven scalable year-round, with most of the commonly cultivated mushrooms including Pleurotus spp., Shiitake, Pioppino, Chestnut, Lion’s Mane and other Hericium, Reishi, and Trametes. We are always testing new species and working with new wild cultures and currently offer a locally collected naturalized shiitake and a wild Oyster from the Weaverville area of NC.
